D5in10 Academy

There's a problem with diversity in the ad industry. Not just diversity of race and gender, but also diversity of background, perspective and creative approach. To address this, we created a free, 10-week course called D5in10 Academy and gave 20 creative individuals who might otherwise never break into the industry, a crash course in advertising.

We’re continuing the program in the spring of 2019. If you know anybody who could benefit from this, send them our way.

DROGA5 :: D5IN10 ACADEMY

There's a lack of diversity in the ad industry. So, we decided to try and do something about it. We created a free,10-week course called D5in10 Academy to give creative individuals who might otherwise never break into the industry, a crash course in advertising. I left Droga5 in 2019 but not before completing my second year founding, leading and running D5in10 and helping nearly 50 people to complete the program. We met a lot of incredibly talented people along the way and a good number went on to get full-time gigs in the industry.
